**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- **Sales Support**: Promote and sell the company’s financial products (loans, insurance, etc.) to new and existing customers. Assist in achieving branch sales targets.
- **Documentation and Filing**: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Cash Management**: Assist with cash handling, including deposits, withdrawals, and ensuring the safe and accurate disbursement of funds.
- **Branch Operations**: Support daily branch operations, including coordinating with the back office for loan disbursements, recovery, and account management.
- **Customer Retention**: Work with customers to address any concerns and improve customer satisfaction, contributing to customer retention strategies.
- **Reporting**: Generate and maintain regular reports on branch performance, customer inquiries, and transactions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- For freshers: Graduation in any stream is acceptable; any financial certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- NBFC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a keen interest in finance or customer service are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of banking and financial services is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹9,205.37 - ₹23,167.51 per month
