**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**AI and Data Science Development**:

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems to address complex business problems.
- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and advanced statistical analysis.

**Generative AI Expertise**:

- Utilize state-of-the-art GenAI techniques to design and deploy models that align with organizational needs.

**Azure ML Studio Proficiency**:

- Develop and manage scalable AI/ML workflows using **Azure ML Studio**.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines and monitor the lifecycle of deployed models.

**Chatbot Development**:

- Architect and implement intelligent chatbots that enhance user engagement and experience.
- Ensure seamless integration with internal systems and third-party platforms.

**RAG Implementation**:

- Implement **Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)** systems to enhance information retrieval and text generation accuracy.
- Develop efficient knowledge bases and retrieval mechanisms to support AI solutions.

**Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to build organizational AI expertise.

**Innovation and Research**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in Data Science, AI, and Generative AI technologies.
- Propose and drive innovation projects that add value to the organization.

**Key Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 6+ years of professional experience in Data Science and AI.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with **Generative AI** technologies.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Azure ML Studio** for building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Expertise in developing and deploying **chatbots** using frameworks such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or Rasa.
- Strong understanding and experience in **RAG implementation**, NLP, and knowledge graph construction.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with modern ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

**Additional Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
