**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:
**Tally Accounting**: Efficiently manage the company’s financial records using Tally. Record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.

**Statutory Compliance**: Handle and ensure GST and TDS compliance.

**Commercial Operations**:Raise Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring accuracy in orders, invoicing, and payments. Manage payments to vendors and suppliers.

**Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile the company’s bank statements with internal records, ensuring accuracy.

**Financial Reporting**:Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports. Monitor and manage cash flows and company expenses.

**General Ledger Maintenance**: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts. Post journal entries as needed.

**Location**:SIIDCUL, Haridwar

**Work Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts, preferably in a similar role. Strong hands-on experience with Tally and preferably Marg software. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

**Educational Qualification**: B.A., B.Com, or B.Sc. from a recognized institution/ university.

**Skills Required**:
**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel. Familiarity with accounting principles, GST, and TDS regulations.

**Attention to Detail**:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

**Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

**Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, Basic Understanding of English language.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
