**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports.
- Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment.
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile accounts as needed.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting support to management.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide needed documentation.
- Stay up to date with current accounting standards, tax laws, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a relevant financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
