**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the technical point of contact for ELV system inquiries during the presales phase.
- Understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions aligned with their needs.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather technical requirements and constraints.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, BOQs, drawings, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless project handover.
- Provide first level troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and products in the ELV domain (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, etc.).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate technical support and guidance

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
