**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings through GDS or other airline portals.
- Assist customers with flight inquiries, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide fare quotes, travel options, and promotional offers to clients.
- Coordinate with airlines and maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules and regulations.
- Ensure error-free and timely processing of bookings and documents.
- Maintain customer records and handle post-booking service support.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in air ticket booking.
- Proficiency in GDS platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
- Graduate in any discipline (Travel/Tourism background is a plus).
