**Job Description: Air Ticket Executive**

**Position Title**: Air Ticket Executive
**Location**: H.No: 3-5-1094/15/2H, 4th Floor, Pillar No. 1171, Narayanguda Metro Station,
Hyderabad - 500029
**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide customers with accurate flight options, fares, and schedules.
- Coordinate with airlines and clients for booking-related queries and updates.
- Manage group bookings and corporate travel arrangements.
- Assist clients with visa, travel insurance, and other travel-related requirements.
- Ensure all bookings are made as per company policies and client requirements.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in air ticketing or travel industry.
- Proficiency in GDS systems and basic office software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
