**Job Purpose**:
To ensure the delivery of quality products by implementing and maintaining effective quality control systems, supervising the quality team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the Quality Control (QC) / Quality Assurance (QA) team on the production floor.
- Develop and implement inspection plans, testing procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Investigate and resolve product quality issues and customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation including inspection reports, deviation reports, and corrective action logs.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and R&D departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Train and guide quality inspectors on standard procedures and quality tools.
- Implement and monitor 5S, Kaizen, and other quality improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and participate in internal and external audits (ISO, GMP, etc.).
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for quality deviations.
- Report key quality metrics (e.g., rejection rate, rework, customer complaints) to management
