Customer Care Executive

Role and responsibilities:
- Calling the students & teachers and updating them of the product.
- Solving queries of Teachers & Students.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
- Studying the details of each product and remaining abreast of updates to these products.
- Recording all inbound & outbound calls
**Requirements**:
- Superb verbal communication in Gujarati & Hindi.
- Graduate with 1-3 yr. experience
- Prior experience as a tele caller or similar in the field of counseling or Call Centre at least for 1 year
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Computer literate.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
