Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain VXML scripts for Cisco Contact Center solutions (e.g., UCCE, CVP, UCCX).
- Manage and renew digital certificates for Cisco systems, ensuring platform integrity and uptime. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco Contact Center and Collaboration tools, including Cisco Webex, CUCM, CVP, UCCE, and related platforms.
- Act as a technical advisor and escalation point for client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and communication.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and support deployments.
- Conduct health checks, platform audits, and proactively monitor systems to prevent downtime.
- Deliver client-facing documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfers to support user adoption and maintenance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco technologies and certification renewals to ensure compliance and security.

Required skills:

- Cisco Certified Expert (CCIE Collaboration or equivalent experience preferred) - 5+ years of experience in Cisco Contact Center environments (UCCE, UCCX, CVP). - Strong expertise in VXML scripting, ICM scripting, and call flow design.
- Hands-on experience with digital certificate management, including renewals and trust store management.
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco Webex, Webex Control Hub, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Proven experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. - Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
