**Job Profile-** HOT INSPECTOR (FORGING INDUSTRY)

**Location**: Chakan, Pune

**Qualification**: Diploma / ITI / Engineering background

**Experience**: 3 to 5 Years

**CTC**: ₹3 - ₹4 LPA

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Hot Inspector with hands-on experience in

hot forged components, ensuring compliance with dimensional and quality specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Inspect hot forged parts during and after the forging process

Monitor dimensional accuracy and surface quality using measuring tools

Identify defects such as cracks, laps, under fill, and scaling

Ensure adherence to forging process parameters and visual standards

Document inspection results and report non-conformities

Coordinate with production and quality teams for corrective actions

Maintain inspection records and comply with quality documentation standards

Ensure compliance with safety standards during hot inspection

Diploma / ITI / Engineering background

3-5 years of experience as a Hot Inspector in forging industry

Strong knowledge of forging processes,defects and quality inspection techniques

Familiarity with instruments like Vernier, Caliper, Templates, and Gauges

Physically fit and capable of working in high-temperature shop floor environments

Strong knowledge in visual inspection.

**Based in or willing to relocate to Chakan, Pune**

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
