- Data Mining: Gather and analyse client data to drive business insights and opportunities.
- Client Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure smooth communication and business progress
- Spreadsheet Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets to organize client data, track project progress, and monitor deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Client Follow-up Skills: Proven ability to maintain consistent and effective communication with clients.
- Data Mining Expertise: Proven experience in identifying, extracting, and organizing valuable information using different tools.
- Spreadsheet Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for tracking data and managing client information.
- Smart & Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new processes and adapt to evolving business needs.
