Job Title: MSME Research Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MSME Research Associate to join our team. As an MSME Research Associate, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in various sectors of the economy. You will support the development and implementation of policies, strategies, and interventions aimed at promoting the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in the country.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research on MSMEs and related topics in various sectors of the economy, including but not limited to agriculture, manufacturing, services, and digital economy.
- Analyze data and information collected from various sources, including surveys, reports, and databases, to generate insights and recommendations for policymakers, development partners, and other stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of policies, strategies, and interventions aimed at promoting the growth and sustainability of MSMEs.
- Prepare reports, policy briefs, and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations for various audiences.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the quality and relevance of research outputs and policy recommendations.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and conferences to present research findings and engage with stakeholders.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in MSME development and related fields.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, public policy, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in research and analysis, preferably in the MSME sector.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, STATA, or SPSS.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports and policy briefs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of MSME development issues and related policies, including access to finance, market linkages, and innovation.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the country.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,727.82 - ₹36,122.23 per month
