Research and Development
- Monitoring the effects of new formulations to ensure they are safe and effective.
- Testing new formulations for safety,effectiveness and possible side effects.
- Report to senior management on company product technical issues as well as technical developments within the market
- Present at industry conferences on research topics of interest
- Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in both process and finished products
- Manage or mentor a team of research staff
- Budgeting and cost forecasting of technical development or research programs.
- Preparing reports on study results and submitting them to colleagues and supervisors
- Conducting experiments to test the effects of new chemical compounds on Micro organisms
- Reviewing reports from other scientists or researchers and providing feedback where appropriate
- Coming up with new ideas for research projects that can be conducted within the department or company
- Paper/Article Publishing in Pharmaceuticals Journals /Magazine

**Education & Qualification -**

B.Pharma/M.Pharma, Phd Holder/Pursuing

Location
- Bhopal

**Requirements -**

Hands on experience in documentation process

Any Article/Paper Published in journal /magazine

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
