- **Equipment Operation**:Safely and efficiently operating espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other brewing equipment.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**:Ensuring the work area, including workstations and customer seating areas, is clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- **Inventory Management**:Restocking supplies like cups, lids, and ingredients, as well as potentially placing orders for new supplies.
- **Cash Handling**:Accurately processing transactions and handling cash and card payments.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborating with other baristas and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Customer Education**:Informing customers about menu items, brewing methods, and coffee blends.

Additional Responsibilities (may vary by establishment):

- **Food Preparation**: Assisting with basic food preparation tasks like making sandwiches or preparing pastries.
- **Training**: Potentially training new baristas or assisting with staff onboarding.
- **Drive-Thru Operations**: Managing a drive-thru window, if the establishment has one.
- **Upselling/Promotions**: Suggesting new items or promotions to customers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
