Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inventory audits to ensure accuracy in B2B and service models.
- Resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Monitor manpower allocation and optimize productivity.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational policies.
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory, manpower, and operations.
- Use Excel for data analysis and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with B2B teams, logistics, and inventory management.
- Utilize WMS tools for inventory tracking and optimization.
- Train staff on systems and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

**Requirements**:
**Mandatory experience in the eCommerce industry.**
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in B2B and eCommerce operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and train staff effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
