**Position description**: This role is responsible for ensuring organisational growth through identifying and providing after sales prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for visiting sites to check the customer load requirement & carrying out the commissioning/ joint commissioning of DG Sets after completion of sites
- Responsible for rectification of issues pertaining to operation of equipment at sites.
- Responsible for carrying out modification work at site for panels and operation.
- Responsible for rectification of issues during the breakdown of equipment & DG Set alignment from service coordinator/ branches.
- Responsible for maintaining records like commissioning, FSR and P Check & taking feedback form duly signed from customer along with the FSR/ MOM report on regular basis.
- Responsible for ESN Registration and loading on Cummins Web Systems & MIS Related to Cummins Engine, Alternator Issues, Plant related issues and dispatch details of DG Sets.
- Responsible for monitoring the complaint tracker for closure
