This role is perfect for someone who is **creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and adapt** to different industries.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design & Content Creation**:

- Design **social media posts, reels, website graphics, and marketing materials**.
- Create **engaging motion graphics, short videos, and reels** for social media campaigns.
- Develop **posters, banners, and promotional materials** for both digital and print media.

**Content Creation & Research**:

- Research **trending topics, competitor strategies, and audience preferences** to create relevant and engaging content.
- Find high-quality stock images, videos, and references to enhance content quality.
- Keep up with **design trends, marketing techniques, and branding strategies** to stay ahead of the competition.

**Social Media & Ad Creatives**:

- Design **Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad creatives** for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Develop engaging **story formats, and animations** to enhance social media engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across platforms.

**Collaboration & Learning**:

- Stay updated with the **latest tools, AI design technologies, and softwares** for better content creation.
- Willing to **learn and adapt** to new design techniques, trends, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm **creative ideas for brand promotions.**

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in** Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, or Affinity tools, Canva (Bonus: Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- **Basic knowledge of social media trends & engagement strategies**:

- **Strong creative vision and storytelling ability**:

- **Ability to research and adapt content for different industries**:

- **Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn**:

- **Experience in content creation for different industries is a plus**

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years of professional design and content creation (Freshers with strong portfolio are welcome)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
