We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telemarketers to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and persuading them to make purchases or take desired actions. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales, we'd like to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or lists.

**Product/Service Promotion**: Present and explain our products/services to prospective customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.

**Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest in our offerings.

**Sales Pitch**: Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections effectively to secure sales or appointments.

**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.

**Customer Data Management**: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.

**Compliance**: Adhere to all relevant telemarketing regulations and guidelines.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, pricing, and promotions.

**Feedback and Reporting**: Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding lead quality, script effectiveness, and customer responses.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools is advantageous.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
