Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service Experience or aptitude in Sales and relationship-building Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent Basic computer skills for maintaining records and using telecommunication tools Previous experience in telemarketing or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory
