Legal Manager

**Designation/ Grade**

Manager

**Major Deliverables**
- Identification & Empanelment of Lawyers.
- Assistance to Empanelled Counsels in all the Company Matters / Consumer Litigation.
- Drafting & finalizing written statements/replies, compilation of evidence pertaining to Consumer, Civil, and Criminal Litigation on behalf of the Company.
- Arbitration with the customers/litigants/banks/financial institutions for closure of matters to the extent, best possible, in the interest of the company.
- Effecting Settlements through execution of Settlement Agreements.
- Tackling Irate Clients and Dealing with Police Officials on behalf of the Company / Directors.
- Legal Research Work
- . In-house Support / Advisory for Customer Relationship Team.
- In-house Support / documentation procurement for Projects Loans facilitation and Customers Loan Cases for disbursements.
- Vetting and drafting of Legal Notices, Replies to customer communication involving legal technicalities.
- Contractual Drafting, Vetting, Negotiation and Finalization for the Vendors, Contractors, Lease Deeds, Addendums and Related Documentation, License Agreements, Manpower Supply Contracts, Letter of Intents, Memorandum of Understandings, Indemnities, Affidavits, etc.
- Arbitration with the customers/litigants/banks/financial institutions for closure of matters to the extent, best possible, in the interest of the company.
- Handover of Societies to Residents Welfare Association by executing relevant agreement(s).
- Companies Vehicles Transaction (Sale - Purchase) related documentation.

- **Essential Attributes & Experience**:

- 7-10 years of experience in Real Estate post qualification..
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
