As we embark on our journey to raise funds, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO to join our team and help us achieve our funding goals.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and expansion plans

2. Manage the company's financial risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations

3. Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

4. Manage relationships with investors and financial institutions
- Lead the fundraising process and help secure funding for the company's growth initiatives

5. Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide strategic guidance to the executive team
- Manage the accounting and finance team and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management role

3. Proven track record of success in fundraising and financial management

4. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
