**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons, activities, and projects in alignment with the preschool curriculum.
- Focus on fostering creativity, motor skills, cognitive abilities, and language development.
- Integrate play, music, art, and storytelling into daily routines.
- **Child Development**:

- Observe and assess individual children’s learning and developmental progress.
- Encourage social skills such as sharing, cooperation, and problem-solving.
- Identify and support children with developmental delays or special needs.
- **Classroom Environment**:

- Create a clean, safe, and engaging learning space with child-friendly materials.
- Organize learning stations and activities that stimulate exploration and discovery.
- **Behavior Management**:

- Foster a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Address behavioral challenges with patience, empathy, and appropriate strategies.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents about their child’s progress and experiences.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and share developmental milestones.
- Provide suggestions for activities to reinforce learning at home.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Ensure the health and safety of all children at all times.
- Teach basic hygiene practices, such as handwashing and cleanliness.
- Supervise children during meal times, playtime, and outdoor activities.
- **Extracurricular Engagement**:

- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and field trips.
- Lead activities that promote cultural awareness and inclusivity.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with early childhood education trends and best practices.
- Attend workshops, training programs, and staff meetings as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
