**Job Title**: Preschool Teacher

**Location**: EuroKids Pre-School, Kangan Ghat Lane, Jhauganj, Panta City, Bihar

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Incorporate art and dance activities to enhance creativity and self-expression among students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and teaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in art and dance, with the ability to incorporate these into the curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
