Job Description - Furniture Installation (ISM Work)

Location: Gujarat (Multiple Districts)

Department: Operations / Installation

Employment Type: Project-based

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Installation and assembly of school furniture (benches, desks, tables, chairs, storage units, etc.) at designated project sites.
- Handle loading/unloading, verification, and safe transportation of materials to site.
- Ensure installation as per layout plan, alignment, and finishing standards.
- Perform minor repair, fitting, and adjustment work during installation.
- Maintain site records, material reports, and installation completion documents.
- Coordinate with project supervisor/engineer for site progress and daily reporting.
- Follow all safety, quality, and timeline guidelines.

Qualification:

- Minimum 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma preferred (Carpentry, Fitting, or Mechanical Trade).

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in furniture installation, carpentry, or interior work.
- Experience in school/institutional furniture projects (preferred).

- 15k-18k + TA Extra

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of tools, hardware, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and follow basic layout drawings.
- Physically fit and able to work on field assignments.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat as per project requirements.
- Team player with punctuality and responsibility.

**Job Type**: Contract/Project-based (ISM Project)

Location Coverage: All districts of Gujarat (posting based on project need)

Salary Range: As per industry standards / experience-based

Reporting To: Site Supervisor / Project Manager

- Police Verification / Medical Fitness (if required by project)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
