Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Furniture Installation Technicians for Institutional School Mission (ISM) furniture installation projects across various districts of Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining school furniture as per the provided layout and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Installation and assembly of school furniture (benches, desks, tables, chairs, storage units, etc.) at designated project sites.

· Handle loading/unloading, verification, and safe transportation of materials to site.

· Ensure installation as per layout plan, alignment, and finishing standards.

· Perform minor repair, fitting, and adjustment work during installation.

· Maintain site records, material reports, and installation completion documents.

· Coordinate with project supervisor/engineer for site progress and daily reporting.

· Follow all safety, quality, and timeline guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma preferred (Carpentry, Fitting, or Mechanical Trade).

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in furniture installation, carpentry, or interior work.
• Experience in school/institutional furniture projects (preferred).

Skills Required:

· Good knowledge of tools, hardware, and installation methods.

· Ability to read and follow basic layout drawings.

· Physically fit and able to work on field assignments.

· Willingness to travel across Bihar as per project requirements.

· Team player with punctuality and responsibility.

Location Coverage: All districts of Bihar (posting based on project need)

Salary Range: As per industry standards / experience-based
