scheduling and monitoring production activities, ensuring quality and safety, managing resources and inventory, and driving continuous improvement to meet production goals within budget and schedule constraints. Key responsibilities include task delegation, employee coaching, maintaining equipment, tracking performance metrics, and enforcing company policies.

Hire, train, and motivate the production staff, providing coaching and performance feedback to achieve high levels of productivity.

Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.

Monitor production processes, verify that products meet quality specifications, and ensure adherence to company quality standards.

Manage the allocation of raw materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure smooth production flow and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
