Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and responsive web interfaces that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and creating visually appealing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces using industry-standard design tools.
- Collaborating with clients and project stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into effective design solutions.
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
- Optimizing web designs for responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and fast loading times.
- Incorporating best practices in user experience (UX) design to enhance website usability and accessibility.
- Working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality.
- Keeping up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporating them into your work.
- Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Web Designer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) design.
- Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Bootstrap, Dream Weaver, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery for front-end development.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous web design projects and demonstrating your design skills and creativity.

Location: Naraina, New Delhi

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
