**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Web Designer.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
