This role requires a seasoned digital marketing professional with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience, who can contribute to the brand's online presence, drive customer engagement, and increase online sales.
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall business objectives, with a focus on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Drive organic and paid traffic through effective SEO and SEM strategies, ensuring high visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant content across digital platforms, including the brand's website, blog, and social media channels.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow Super Bond's social media presence, creating compelling content, engaging with the audience, and leveraging social media platforms for brand promotion.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize digital analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- E-commerce Support: Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the brand's presence on e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI across all digital channels.

External - various agencies involved in digital mktg, dealers, distributors, vendors (for exhibition set up)

Report to Marketing Manager

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mgmt. etc.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the adhesive or related industry.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and demonstrated results in driving online sales and brand visibility.

Skills &Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
