**Responsibilities**
- Completely Responsible For Civil Work, Quality, Planning, Billing Etc.
- Co-ordination with Architect, Consultant, contractors, Properly Reporting To Seniors.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising & monitoring the site labour force & the work of any subcontractors.
- Preparation of bar bending schedule, Various related quantity with estimates, sub-contractor bills, Quantity checking and etc.,
- Planning and Execution of all RCC works and finishing works as per design and drawings, must have knowledge of Mivan shuttering.
- Co-ordinate with various agencies, consultant for smooth execution of day to day work.
- To maintain documents related to civil work as per ISO purpose ie Drawings Files, Pour card Files, Callibration Report Files, Cube Registers etc.
- Planning of Projected Works and raising service request In system well in advance for Contract finalization
- Co-ordination with Head Office
- To carry out entire RCC work including P.T. slabs for the Projects.
- To carry out entire finishing items including fall ceiling and lift lobbies work for the projects.
- Checking the contractor bill as per measurement sheet.
- To maintain documents as per ISO NORMS
- Guiding the lab in charge for all related works.
- To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.

B.E. Civil

AutoCAD

Microsoft Excel & Word / MS Project

**Work Experience**

2-4 Years

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
