Duties and responsibilities:

- **Generating Invoices**: The primary responsibility is to generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on sales or services provided by the company.
- **Reviewing Orders and Contracts**: They review sales orders, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy in billing details such as pricing, quantities, and terms.
- **Billing Data Entry**: Inputting billing data into the company's billing system or software accurately. This includes customer information, products or services sold, pricing, and any discounts or promotions applied.
- **Tracking Payments**: Monitoring and tracking payments received from customers, ensuring payments are processed promptly and accurately recorded in the company's financial records.
- **Resolving Billing Issues**: Addressing any billing discrepancies or issues that may arise, such as incorrect charges, late payments, or disputes from customers. This may involve communication with internal departments or directly with customers to resolve issues efficiently.
- **Customer Communication**: Communicating with customers regarding billing matters, such as sending invoices, payment reminders, and responding to inquiries or concerns related to billing.
- **Maintaining Billing Records**: Maintaining organized records of billing transactions, invoices, and payment history for auditing and reporting purposes.
- **Reporting**: Generating regular reports on billing activities, such as accounts receivable aging reports, revenue analysis, and billing reconciliation reports for management review.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to billing and invoicing practices.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the billing process to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and implementing best practices as appropriate.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with other departments such as sales, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination in the billing process and address any cross-functional issues.
- **Training**: Providing training and support to other employees, such as sales representatives or customer service staff, on billing procedures and policies as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
