**1. Invoice Preparation and Processing**
- Generate accurate invoices based on purchase orders, delivery notes, or service agreements.
- Ensure timely billing as per company and client requirements.

**2. Payment Collection and Tracking**
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Maintain records of received payments and update the system accordingly.
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues.

**3. Documentation and Record-Keeping**
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, credit/debit notes, and customer communications.
- File and store hard or soft copies of bills for audit and compliance purposes.

**4. Coordination**
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and dispatch teams for smooth billing and delivery.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing queries and clarifications.

**5. Reporting**
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing reports for management.
- Monitor outstanding balances and aging reports.

**6. Compliance and Audit Support**
- Ensure all billing practices comply with tax regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary billing documentation and explanations.

**7. Software and System Use**
- Operate billing/accounting software like Tally, ERP, or any customized platform.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely software updates.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
