should be able to calculate quantities, prepare BOQ, and calculate item rates and preparing comparative statements. Ability to read all types of drawings; Estimation of quantities and rate analysis, prepare material takeoff. Evaluation of quotations and involve with pre-tender and post-tender activities.
- Prepare Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages, Tendering, Vendor Negotiations and Comparative Statements.
- Familiarity with Standard Methods of Measurement and Knowledge of Cost estimation, Quantity & material reconciliation & Rate analysis.
- Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates and Compile Tender Documents based on requirements of project.
- Administrate works as quantity survey activities including contract drafting, bid analysis and tender documents.
- Frequently site visit and resolve the problems associated with construction
- Prepare comparison sheet between tender quantities and actual quantities using approved shop drawings
- Produce accurate Bills of Quantities and perform quantity cross checks as and when required.
- Prepare detailed claims for payment and ensure all claims are fully documented with supporting documents.
- Experience in executing Residential and Commercial Projects

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
