**About the Role**

As an **Insurance Sales Executive (AADM)**, you will help build and lead a team of insurance advisors.
Your job is to **recruit, train, and support agents** to sell life insurance products to customers.
You will also work on achieving your **own sales targets** and help your team do the same.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit and build a team of **insurance agents / advisors**.
- Train and guide agents on Life insurance products and sales techniques.
- **Support agents in the field** by joining them in customer meetings.
- Help agents **generate leads and close sales**.
- Achieve **monthly and yearly sales targets**.
- Monitor and improve agent performance.
- Motivate the team through rewards and recognition.
- Maintain proper records and ensure all work follows company and IRDAI guidelines.

**Who Can Apply**
- Graduate in **any discipline** (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **1-5 years** of experience in sales, business development, or insurance is ideal.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales can also apply.
- Should be comfortable with **field work** and meeting customers.
- Must have **good communication and relationship-building skills**.
- **Two-wheeler and valid driving license** preferred.
