**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle import & export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, Letter of Credit, etc.).
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities for smooth clearance of goods.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
Monitor shipments and track delivery schedules to avoid delays.
Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and transport companies to manage logistics and shipping operations efficiently.
Negotiate freight rates and contracts with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
Process payments related to import-export transactions, including duty, taxes, and freight charges.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
Stay updated on changes in import-export laws, INCOTERMS, and global trade policies.
Assist in resolving disputes related to shipments, delays, and compliance issues.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in import-export operations.
Strong knowledge of customs clearance, shipping procedures, and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS codes, and trade regulations.
Experience in dealing with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies is a plus.
