We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Accounts Executive** with hands-on experience in **Tally**, **bank reconciliation**, **billing**, and **invoicing**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in **Tally**.
- Prepare and issue **invoices** and **bills** to customers and clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct regular **bank reconciliations**, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure all billing and invoicing is aligned with company policies and tax regulations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding payments, collections, and account clarifications.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and support audit processes.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collection.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficient in **Tally ERP** and **MS Excel**.
- Strong knowledge of **bank reconciliation**, **billing**, and **invoicing processes**.

Pay: ₹10,953.35 - ₹29,083.79 per month
