**Position: Educational Counselor**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in educational counseling or admissions coordination, especially in coaching classes for 11th, 12th Science and Commerce, NEET, IIT JEE, MH CET, and CA
- Strong understanding of academic programs, entrance exams, and career paths in Science, Commerce, and professional courses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and patient demeanor
- Ability to assess student needs and provide tailored guidance
- Familiarity with the admissions processes of various competitive exams

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. **Admissions Guidance**:

- Provide comprehensive information about coaching classes, courses offered, faculty expertise, and facilities.
- Assist students in understanding the specific requirements for 11th, 12th Science and Commerce, NEET, IIT JEE, MH CET, and CA programs.

**2. **Individual Counseling Sessions**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand each student's academic goals, strengths, and aspirations.
- Offer personalized guidance on suitable coaching programs based on the student's career objectives.

**3. **Application Support**:

- Guide students through the entire admission process, including form filling, document submission, and deadlines for various exams.

**4. **Entrance Exam Preparation**:

- Provide insights into the preparation strategies for competitive exams like NEET, IIT JEE, MH CET, and CA.
- Offer resources and tips to enhance students' performance in entrance exams.

**5. **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather feedback from enrolled students to evaluate their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in coaching programs.

**6. **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and participate in admission-related events, workshops, and seminars to showcase coaching class offerings.

**7. **Follow-Up**:

- Conduct regular follow-up sessions with prospective students to address any concerns or queries and guide them through the decision-making process.
