**Job Title - Legal Associate**

**Years of Experience - 7-8 yrs**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing legal advice and opinions on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, regulations, litigation, and compliance.
- Conducting legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations, and analyzing the impact on clients.
- Assisting in dispute resolution, representing clients in legal proceedings, or coordinating with external counsel in litigation cases.
- Ensuring that clients adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identifying and evaluating legal risks and proposing strategies to mitigate them.
- Overseeing the organization and maintenance of legal documents and records.
- Advocating on behalf of clients in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings, when necessary.
- Ability to prepare Sale agreements, deeds related documents, maintain records, liaison with company advocates collate necessary title revenue documents.
- Assist directors of the company in drafting, preparing letters, reports, minutes of meetings and managing routine administrative matters.
- Provide legal advice and representation on various matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Prepare legal briefs and necessary documents.
