**Experience = 4+ Years**

**Job Location : Jewar /Greater Noida onsite**
**Overall Responsibilities**:
Adding, configuring and maintaining all Cisco Endpoints. Create, update, manage Collab Dialplan and endpoint directory numbers. User and profile configuration on CUCM. Taking regular backup and preparing reports. Plan and test disaster recovery and backup plans. Plan and test Cisco collab software upgrades. Maintain, Update, Create Cisco collab inventory. Maintain list of Collab and ESXi licenses. Maintain and update voice network diagrams and vendor information for voice network devices. Troubleshoot Cisco collaboration issues and produce root cause analysis report. Open support case with Cisco TAC and work with Cisco TAC to resolve support issues. Prepare weekly reports, monthly availability, and performance reports of the client. Provide root cause analysis of outages. Should have a sound knowledge on ITIL process - Ops Management, Change Management, Incident/Problem Management Troubleshooting and resolution of incidents, working on critical SLA's by communicating with OEM Support center, TAC etc. for effective closure and RCA of all incidents. User co-ordination, Vendor Co-ordination - Client and user interaction with ownership for incident resolution, POA Submission Timely resolution of calls / incidents related to all Voice issues within defined timelines. Regular patching, Firmware upgrades and Software upgrades of all provisioned Voice devices Monitoring and Fault handling of Voice components(servers/endpoinst/gateways), responding to faults and escalation to the next level where required.

Required Skills and Experience
- Proven knowledge and experience in trouble-shooting, switching, and routing
- 2+ years of working experience in Networking
- Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
- Experience with Network security, WAN
- Working knowledge of ITIL

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX
- Experience with Ansible automation
