Network Administrator

**Job Title**: Network Administrator - On-Premise Infrastructure & Security
**Location**: Noida Office or at Client Site as Required

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Infrastructure Setup & Configuration:

- Design and implement a secure local network infrastructure including firewalls,

switches, routers, and load balancers.
- Configure public DNS, NAT, port forwarding, and firewall rules to expose selected

services securely to the internet.
- Setup and Manage web server environments (Apache, Nginx, IIS) and reverse proxies.
- Security Management:

- Implement and enforce physical and network security measures including perimeter

firewalls, endpoint protection, SSL/TLS certificates, WAF, IDS/IPS, MFA and access
control.
- Configure and monitor Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) and DLP

solutions.
- Manage VPN gateways and secure remote access for internal users.
- Manage endpoint security, Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, patch

management, and security audits.
- Implement access control policies using IAM (Identity and Access Management).
- Monitor for and respond to network security breaches or anomalies.
- Monitoring & Maintenance:

- Implement network and system monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana,

CloudWatch).
- Regularly monitor bandwidth, latency, system logs, disk utilization, and hardware

health.
- Ensure daily and periodic backups, test recovery processes, and maintain DR (Disaster Recovery) protocols.
- Ensure compliance with security audits, standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2), and data

protection policies.
- Maintain system performance and plan for capacity upgrades as required.

- Operational Support:

- Provide ongoing technical support for internal users and infrastructure services.
- Provide 24/7 support for mission-critical infrastructure components.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure topology, configurations, and policies.
- Monitor compliance with internal IT and data protection policies.
- Analyze and optimize infrastructure for cost-efficiency and performance.

- **Required Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Network/System Administrator managing on-premise

infrastructure.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, routers, switches (e.g., Cisco,

MikroTik, Fortinet, Ubiquiti).
- Strong experience with Windows/Linux server administration and network services

(DNS, DHCP, FTP, SSH, SMTP).
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, VLANs, and NAT.
- Expertise in setting up and managing local server rooms or data centers (power backup, physical security, ventilation, etc.).
- Experience with tools like Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG, or similar for infrastructure monitoring.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
- Experience with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience in public IP management and secure remote administration.
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles.
- Knowledge of data compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) is a plus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
