**Job Title: Export Customer Care Executive**

**Location: Delhi**

**Department**: Export Operations / Customer Service
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 Years
**Education Qualification**: Diploma from IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) or equivalent
**Reporting To**: Export Manager / Head of Department

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients regarding export inquiries, order status, shipping updates, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, documentation, finance, and production) to ensure smooth export operations.
- Handle end-to-end export order processing and post-shipment customer service.
- Ensure all documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, etc.) is prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Resolve client complaints and queries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with overseas customers to ensure long-term business association.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or issues to clients.
- Provide periodic reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and export performance metrics.

**Key Requirements**:

- Postgraduate/Diploma in International Business/Trade from **IIFT** is mandatory.
- Minimum **5 years of hands-on experience** in export customer care or international client servicing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of **export documentation, INCOTERMS, LC handling**, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/export management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and customer-centric mindset.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Experience dealing with clients from multiple geographies.
- Fluent in English; additional foreign language skills will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
