**Job Summary: Green Building consultant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, implementation, and documentation for IGBC green building certification projects (New Buildings, Homes, Existing Buildings, Interiors, etc.).
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, civil teams, and clients to integrate green design strategies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and recommend sustainability solutions aligned with IGBC rating systems.
- Prepare, compile, and submit all necessary documentation to the IGBC for certification compliance.
- Track project progress against sustainability goals and ensure all prerequisites and credits are met.
- Train internal teams and clients on IGBC best practices, guidelines, and green construction methods.
- Perform site audits and inspections to ensure alignment with sustainability standards and green building protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest in green building trends, technologies, and IGBC updates.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- IGBC Accredited Professional (IGBC AP) Certification is mandatory.
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in green building design and execution.
- Familiarity with sustainable building materials, energy modeling, and water conservation systems.
- Strong knowledge of IGBC rating systems (Green Homes, Green New Buildings, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and sustainability analysis tools (e.g., ECBC, EnergyPlus, DesignBuilder) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
LEED or GRIHA certification is a plus.

Experience in managing multiple green building projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of local and international sustainability standards and compliance requirements.
