**Location**: Noida Sector 62 (Electronic City Metro Station)

Architect with strong interest in the design of green building projects undergoing certifications such as IGBC, GRIHA, and LEED. The work requires an individual with exceptional software and creative skills for producing technical reports and presentations. The position is for our office in Noida (Delhi NCR).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Completes green building documentation on projects and designs new projects as required.
- Works with different architecture teams to guide design for achieving green building certification requirements.
- Compile sustainability guidance on projects like offices, hospitals, group housing societies, labs, Universities, resorts, factories, etc.
- Conduct training of client teams on aspects of green building and sustainability and their role in the certification process.
- Working with other architecture firm-, MEP consultant-, contractor-, developer
- and owner-teams.
- Performs calculations using templates of IGBC/LEED/GRIHA.
- Working knowledge of best practices and latest research for high-performance building and design.
- Write, edit and produce technical reports, presentations and guidance related to green and healthy building topics.
- Working knowledge of codes and standards such as ECBC, ASHRAE, NBC, etc.
- Develops guidelines, information, and educational resources related to green building rating systems.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Architecture graduate with strong interest in the environment and green building
- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree
- Industry certifications (such as GRIHA CP, IGBC AP, LEED AP), professional affiliations, and publications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with or in the building industry and experience explaining green building and healthy home design, construction and retrofit concepts to consumers.
- Ability to understand and explain building science concepts that contribute to healthy buildings to industry professionals.
