Job Title: ARCHITECT

Greenworld is dedicated to creating sustainable, innovative, and future-ready spaces that merge functionality with environmental responsibility. We are looking for a talented Architect with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our growing team and contribute to our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for residential, commercial, and green projects.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using industry-standard software.
  • Support team in design development, project planning, and client presentations.
  • Ensure designs align with sustainability goals, building codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct site visits to track project progress and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of designs.
  • Research and recommend sustainable materials and modern architectural practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software.
  • Basic knowledge of green building codes, LEED, or GRIHA is an added advantage.
  • Strong creativity, visualization, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Open to travel
