**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for immigration consultants
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating client records
- Support the immigration team with general office duties as required
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
- Ensure smooth operations of the office on a day-to-day basis

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration or a related field is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service
- Basic proficiency with office equipment (phones, fax, printer, etc.)
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
