**Position description**:
Freight Reversal
- to be done within 10 days from case registered in ERP

Adhering to SOP
- should not be single deviation without approval ofmanagement

Accuracy in Revert Vouchers
- All reverted vouchers should be accurately done

Sending Reports as per defined timeline
- Sending all the reports as per defined dates:

- MIS of Freight Revert - weekly report
- MRF fixed charges report by 5th ofevery month

Faulty Information in Reports
- Reports should have accurate and correct information

Record maintenance
- All revert cases received should be up to dated in excelfile within 5 days of receiving all concerned stakeholders signatures
