**Title: Executive - Operations & Supply Chain Management**

**Location: Malad West (Near Infinity Mall)**

**Job Type: On-site (6 day working)**

**Role: Entry Level**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Process orders through logistics platforms/systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain alignment and communication throughout the order/return delivery process.
- Communicate regularly with delivery agents for pickups and deliveries.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address issues or delays in the delivery process.
- Monitor and track delivery statuses across regions.
- Maintain awareness of delivery progress and potential issues.
- **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**:

- Ensure delivery agents follow SOPs for order fulfillment and returns.
- Address non-compliance to maintain service standards.
- **Data Management**:

- Utilize Excel for data tracking, report generation, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization is beneficial.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and delivery agents.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure operational efficiency through proactive coordination.

This role requires a blend of logístical coordination, stakeholder management, adherence to procedures, and the use of data tools like Excel to support operational activities and ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
