- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
- Ensure the branch meets all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
