**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute sales initiatives.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, market gaps, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for promotional materials, digital content, and social media campaigns.
- Organize and attend marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Manage online presence and support digital marketing initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage brand communications across digital, social, print, and event channels.
- Track brand KPIs and consumer feedback to continuously refine marketing efforts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- Hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, project management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Creativity in developing sales, marketing materials and campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Looking for a person who has good experience into FMGC industries (Food wellness product) into B2C Sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
